ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts independently, including AP, AR, Inventory, Cash flow Control, Bank Reconciliation, Journal Voucher and General Ledger etc.
Must be able to work independently to handle Full Sets of Accounts and Month-End Closing.
Able to handle Transfer Pricing and Inter-Company transactions.
Liaise with bankers, auditor, clients and internal departments to sort out the problems.
Handle Bills Payables and Bills Settlement.
Mature, independent & able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility.
Ensure proper check & balance and control over the charging of revenue as well as spending of financial resources, and provide independent review of significant transactions for senior management’s decision making
Manage tax compliance works, including corporate income tax filings in Hong Kong and personal income tax filings in Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland
Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including local files of Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland, Master File of the Swire group and Country-by-Country Reporting notification in Hong Kong
Identify Hong Kong tax issues and providing tax advice to Operating Companies
Identify and implement tax efficient structures across Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting / Finance or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years taxation experience, knowledge of PRC account preferred
Experience at financial and operational audit preferred
Strong time and project management skills, and able to prioritize and do multi-tasks
Good team player and able to work cross-functionally with staff and management at all levels
Proactive and able to work effectively with minimal direction
Strong skills in MS office applications, especially in Excel
Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and Mandarin
Well versed in HK and PRC tax legislation

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written skills in Cantonese and Putonghua, and good in English.

Responsibilities:

Responsible to follow up on integrated marketing events
Develop and expand suitable online/offline channels for sales and marketing activities
Develop creative concepts for marketing collaterals
Responsible for website maintenance and social media marketing and advertising
Manage and monitor the day-to-day performance of social media
Proactively create on spot activity for driving more sales opportunities
Brainstorm and collaborate innovative ideas with our marketing team

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Computer Science or related disciplines
1-3 years working experience in Marketing. Experience in agency or event production studio is a plus.
Knowledge in Facebook, Instagram and other social media platform will be a plus
Strong sense in digital and social media communication
Have Music knowledge background preferred
Familiarity with Graphic Design , Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Digital Marketing Tools or Video-editing softwares
Fluency in written and spoken Catonesse, Chinese and English
Immediate available is preferred
Guzheng Playing experience in advanced
